Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Stillport. It matches how the product works: your fleet drafts, and nothing happens without your clearance — which means you own the decisions you approve.
Last updated: 19 July 2026
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Stillport (“Stillport,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Stillport service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business, and “you” refers to that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of the Service
Stillport is an AI “fleet” that connects to the tools your business already uses — such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Search Console, Gmail, Meta, Stripe, and GitHub or Bitbucket — mostly read-only, and drafts work such as email replies, social posts, ad analyses, and pull requests for you to review. Nothing sails without clearance: the Service does not send, post, merge, spend, or otherwise act against a connected source without your explicit approval in Clearance.
Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information, verify your email address, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority required to form a contract in your jurisdiction) and not barred from using the Service under applicable law. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you allow to use your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- violate the terms of any connected platform (for example Google, Meta, Shopify, Stripe, GitHub, or Bitbucket) or misuse the access you grant your fleet;
- attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the security or access controls of the Service;
- interfere with the Service, overload it, or use it to build a competing product from our confidential information;
- use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
The owner-approval model — how the Service works
The Service is human-in-the-loop by design. Stillport prepares drafts and suggestions; you decide. Nothing is sent, posted, merged, executed, or spent until you review it and approve it in Clearance. Because you hold that approval, you — the owner — are responsible for the actions you approve and their consequences. The Service is a tool that assists your judgment; it does not replace it.
AI-generated content & your responsibility
The Service uses artificial intelligence to produce drafts and suggestions. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or simply wrong. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of any AI-generated output, and you must not treat it as authoritative without your own review.
Because nothing acts without your clearance, you are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and the consequences of anything you take, publish, send, spend, merge, execute, or otherwise act on using the Service — including AI-drafted emails, social posts, advertising changes, code and pull requests, and any financial or business decisions. You assume all risk of relying on AI outputs.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service — and any action you approve — complies with all applicable laws and regulations, the terms of every third-party platform you connect (including Google, Meta, Shopify, Stripe, GitHub, and Bitbucket), and any professional, advertising, consumer-protection, or privacy rules that apply to you. Stillport does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and nothing produced by the Service is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stillport disclaims all liability for any loss, damages, claims, penalties, fines, account suspensions, or third-party disputes resulting from your use of the Service, AI-generated content, or any action you take or approve. This section is central to these Terms and should be read together with the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification sections below.
Connected accounts & third-party terms
When you connect a source, you authorize your fleet to access it under the scopes you grant — read-only or draft-only wherever the provider supports it. Your use of each connected service remains subject to that provider’s own terms and policies, and you are responsible for maintaining your rights and permissions to connect it. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make.
Fees & billing
Some features may require a paid plan. Where fees apply, we will make the price and terms clear before you are charged, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Billing may not be enabled for all accounts or at all times; if and when it is, the applicable pricing and payment terms will govern. We may change our fees on reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by Stillport and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. As between you and Stillport, you retain your rights in your own data and in the outputs you generate and approve; you are responsible for having the rights necessary to use and publish them. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service to you.
Disclaimers — “as is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any output — including AI-generated output — will be accurate, complete, or fit for your purposes. Any material you obtain through the Service is used at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stillport and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from your use of AI-generated content or from any action you take or approve.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stillport’s total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stillport and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any content, action, or communication you approve, take, publish, send, spend, merge, or execute using the Service, including AI-generated content; (c) your violation of these Terms, any applicable law or regulation, or any third-party platform’s terms; and (d) your infringement or misappropriation of any third party’s rights.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time; you can export your data before you leave. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Stillport submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
